This years Wreaths Across America will be held on 14 December 2024. Our goal this year is to place wreaths on the over 2100 grave markers for the Veterans buried at the cemetery. This year the wreaths cost $17 and can be purchased directly from our the Post 642 WAA Site. This link enables you to purchase and have a wreath placed on the grave marker of a Veteran in your family that is buried at the cemetery. Post 642 continues to rely on the participation of the various Scout and Girl Scout Troops from Cupertino, San Jose and Sunnyvale who play a key role in the preparation of the sites, such as placing American Flags, setting up wreath easels and placing the wreaths on the easels and markers the day of the ceremony. These scouts along with their parents continue to volunteer and help us with this ceremony and with other activities in our community through the year. We are proud of their volunteer work for the WAA ceremony and other activities as they continue to find a way to serve their community!
